Our Rules

  • The minimum age for access to City Spa is 18 years. (City Spa reserves the right to verify age using identification)
  • Showering is mandatory before using the facilities
  • When sitting or lying in the sauna, you must use a towel to sit on
  • After showering or using the jacuzzi/hot tub, you must dry off before sitting on the furniture
  • Smoking is not allowed in any area
  • Intimate contact is not permitted in our private saunas
  • It is forbidden to add your own products to the jacuzzi/hot tub and sauna in our complex
  • It is not allowed to bring or consume your own food and drinks
  • Disruptive behavior, verbal or non-verbal, as well as unwanted intimacies are not allowed. Guests who do not comply must leave City Spa immediately after full payment
  • The instructions of the host/hostess must be followed at all times
  • In case of theft or threatening situations, we will immediately report to the police
  • City Spa is not liable for any loss or theft of goods or valuables brought by guests and accepts no liability for personal injury and/or damage to property
  • Guests may play their own music through the system and watch movies/series via their own subscription
  • If (smoke) damage is caused to the unit you have rented, you are obliged to pay the costs of repair.
  • Taking photos or videos is not allowed
  • City Spa reserves the right to refuse guests at all times
