The sauna rooms of City Spa are unique. They differ in temperature, atmosphere, and of course in what they do for your body and mind. But they all offer a world of relaxation. Let yourself be surprised by our unique saunas and healing wellness.
- How long do you stay in the sauna?
You decide for yourself how long you stay in the sauna. The recommended time to spend in the sauna is 10-15 minutes. In general, we recommend staying in the sauna for a maximum of 15 minutes, then cooling down. After that, you are of course free to dive back into the sauna. The most important thing is to always listen to your own body. Do you find the sauna too hot or feel light-headed? Then calmly walk out, even if you’ve just entered the sauna. Take time to cool down after each sauna session.
- What temperature is the sauna?
How many degrees is it in the sauna? That is different for each sauna. The Finnish sauna has a temperature of 90° Celsius. In the Infrared sauna, the temperature is much lower; here it’s between 60 and 65° Celsius. Due to the relatively dry air, the heat is tolerable and many people often stay here a bit longer. In our steam cabin, it’s ‘only’ 50° Celsius, although you will experience this sauna as quite hot due to the maximum humidity.
