Foreword

When making your booking, you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions. To guarantee our guests a relaxing and beneficial visit, we kindly request you to carefully review our house rules before your visit. We thank you in advance for your cooperation!

• You must respect the rented time, arrive on time and leave the space on time.
• If you arrive late, this will be deducted from your booking time.
• We reserve the right to refuse visitors at all times.
• By entering our facilities, you agree to the House Rules of City Spa.

Hygiene and safety

• You are required to shower before using our facilities.
• For hygiene reasons, the use of towels in the sauna is mandatory.
• It is not permitted to remove hair in the wellness area or to groom yourself in any way that contaminates the wellness area. A penalty clause of €50 per violation applies.
• It is not permitted to add products to the water. If you do, the damage will be recovered from you.
• If you have dyed your hair in the week prior to your visit, you must wear a swimming cap to prevent contamination of the water.
• It is not permitted to consume brought-in drinks or food.
• The drinks and food provided by us may only be consumed in the lounge area.
• Smoking is not permitted. Our smoke detectors will go off and your visit will be terminated immediately. The costs for removing the smoke odor will be recovered from you.
• Pets are not allowed.
• If you have a question or comment about a facility, please consult the hostess while you are still in the room; after having made full use of the room, your complaint will not be processed.

Access for persons

• We allow a maximum of 4 adults in our spaces.
• Children are allowed; the responsibility lies entirely with the supervisors/parents. Up to 12 years of age, access is free.

Damage and nuisance

• If damage to any of the facilities occurs due to careless use, you as the renter are liable for compensating the damage.
• City Spa is not liable for loss or damage to your belongings. Leave valuable jewelry, etc. at home.
• We ask you to maintain the relaxed atmosphere of the wellness and therefore not to play extremely loud music.
• Sexual activities are not permitted.
• We reserve the right to refuse persons who show signs of drunkenness, aggression, or who visit our wellness with a purpose other than relaxation.
• As a guest, you are responsible for the correct use of our facilities. In no case can City Spa be held responsible for accidents or for physical or material damage caused by incorrect use of our facilities.

Cancellation or modification of reservation

• In case of timely cancellation (at least 48 hours before the booked date), the deposit remains as a credit for the duration of one year.
• We do not refund any amounts.
• In case of cancellation of your reservation within 24 hours before the start time, we will charge 100% of the reserved costs. You will receive a (payment request) by email.
• In case of a forced closure due to corona measures, you will retain the paid amount as credit.
• Deposits are not refunded.
• If you want to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least (2 days) 48 hours before the start of your reservation.
• Your deposit will be fully collected if the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours before the start time. You will NOT receive any credit if you have not canceled in time.
